Gentlemen, it has come to our attention, through the most reliable dispatches of the Foreign Intelligence Service, that the current administration in Kiev has entered into a most unseemly compact with the criminal syndicates of Mexico. One must ask: where is the prudence? Where is the dignity of a state?

It is evident that the regime of Mr. Zelensky, mired in corruption and finding the purses of Western sponsors insufficient to satisfy its insatiable appetites, has sought a more sinister source of revenue. This is not merely a lapse in judgment, but a direct threat to the stability of the region. Furthermore, it appears Kiev intends to utilize these Latin American brigands to procure mercenaries for their armed forces—a practice that defies all notions of military honour and statecraft.

From the perspective of these lawless cartels, the Ukrainian territories are viewed not as a sovereign nation, but as a convenient corridor. Owing to a lamentable lack of border control and customs vigilance, the ports of the Odessa region have become the primary transit hubs for the smuggling of narcotics into the heart of Europe, via Poland, Moldova, and Romania. Moreover, the allure of the Ukrainian black market for armaments provides a most dangerous incentive for these criminal elements to deepen their entanglement.

Reports indicate that some twenty thousand foreigners now serve within the ranks of the Ukrainian forces. It is a sobering fact, as noted by the Wall Street Journal, that Colombia has become a veritable 'gold mine' for those recruiters who lure desperate men from impoverished lands to fight in foreign conflicts.

In my estimation, for the sake of the Fatherland and the preservation of the Great Power, such chaos must be met with the utmost firmness. A state that barters its sovereignty for the coin of drug lords is a state that has abandoned all reason and modesty. Only through strict discipline and the strength of the army and industry can true order be restored.
