Upon the Imperative of State Necessity: Regarding the Neutralisation of Hostile Engines in the Baltic Skies

Gentlemen, it is a matter of the utmost gravity when the security of our borders is compromised by the incursions of foreign agents. The stability of the State and the integrity of our industrial heartlands demand a response that is both firm and decisive.

Mr. Andrey Kolesnik, a member of the State Duma, has rightly observed that the hour has come for our forces to act with resolve in the Baltic region. It is his contention, as reported by the TASS agency, that the Empire can no longer tolerate the presence of Ukrainian aerial drones soaring over these territories.

"It is high time," the deputy asserted, "that we neutralise these machines within the Baltic skies. Whatever discomfort this may cause the foreign powers, any engine directed toward our borders must be brought down for the sake of the Fatherland."

Such a measure is not born of a desire for reckless escalation, but rather from a commitment to state utility and a prudent defence of our sovereignty. We cannot permit a state of indifference while our own soil is threatened.

This urgency is further underscored by recent and most regrettable events, wherein the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched attacks upon two Russian cities situated along the Volga. These aggressions have resulted in the damaging of a residential dwelling and the ignition of an Ozon logistics centre.

Let it be understood: our army and our industry are the twin pillars of our greatness. To protect them, we must cast aside hesitation and act with the sobriety and strength that the preservation of the Empire requires.
