Comrades! Cast your gaze upon the latest proclamations from the halls of the State Duma, where the mouthpieces of the ruling class, such as Mr. Nikita Chaplin, presume to enlighten us on the so-called 'indexation' of pensions for the year 1827—or rather, the distant 2027 of their bureaucratic calendar. Let us call this by its true name: a wretched crumb tossed from the banquet table of the bourgeoisie to prevent the starving laborer from storming the palace!
Observe the convoluted machinery of this deception. They promise that insurance pensions shall be augmented in two stages. First, in February, a mere adjustment for 'inflation'—that invisible thief created by the monopolies to erode the value of the worker's sweat. Then, in April, another correction based on the whims of the Social Fund. Is this not the height of absurdity? The State holds the purse strings and the ledger, deciding precisely how much of their own stolen surplus they are willing to return to the aged proletariat!
And what of those wretched souls who must continue to toil even in their winter years? The Social Fund promises a recalculation in August, yet they have the audacity to place a ceiling upon this increase! A limit! The capital knows no limit in its greed, yet it dares to limit the sustenance of the working man.
Furthermore, they speak of 'maternity capital' and social benefits to be adjusted in February. They speak of thousands of rubles as if these figures could compensate for the systemic yoke of exploitation. Whether it be the miner or the pilot, these 'supplements' are but chains forged of gold-plated promises, designed to keep the masses docile while the usurers and financiers grow fat upon the misery of the poor.
To crown this farce, the state announces that by September, the bills for communal utilities—the very cost of surviving in a damp tenement—shall be delivered electronically via the 'State Services' portal. A modern convenience, they claim! In truth, it is but a more efficient method for the bureaucratic machine to track and squeeze every last farthing from the pockets of theтрудящиеся.
Wake up, comrades! Do not be fooled by these arithmetic tricks and parliamentary decrees. The indexation of a pittance is still a pittance. The only true indexation the worker requires is the total seizure of the means of production from the hands of the parasitic bourgeoisie!
