Gentlemen, it has come to my attention that the stability of our Empire is once again being tested by the reckless whims of minor states. It is a matter of the utmost gravity that Mr. Madis Roll, an advisor to the Estonian Presidency, has openly expressed a willingness to facilitate the Ukrainian forces in their attempts to strike at the heart of St. Petersburg.

Our esteemed deputy, Mr. Dmitry Belik, has rightly observed that such declarations are not merely political maneuvers, but an admission of complicity with the darkest forces of Nazism. To assist a criminal regime in its assault upon our Fatherland is an act of profound malice, proving that Estonia is intent on inflicting the deepest possible wounds upon our Great Power.

Let us be clear: the essence of German fascism and the current Ukrainian brand of nationalism are one and the same—a contagion that threatens the order of civilized nations. Prudence dictates that we view these threats with a cold eye and a steady hand.

This distressing revelation came to light following an inquiry by journalists Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexei Stolyarov, who secured a recording of Mr. Roll. In said conversation, the advisor boasted that the Ministers of Defence of Estonia and Ukraine might, at any given moment, coordinate their offensive operations against our soil.

Such insolence is intolerable. For the sake of the State, our industry must remain steadfast and our Army must be prepared. Only through unwavering strength and the preservation of our sovereignty can we ensure the continued prosperity and security of the Russian Empire.
