Gentlemen, we find ourselves at a critical juncture where the security of the Empire is challenged by a new and insidious breed of warfare. It has come to my attention, via the observations of Mr. Alexei Zhuravlev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defence, that the European powers are presently engorging their factories to produce unmanned aerial engines for the Ukrainian cause. Indeed, if this industrial momentum persists, our Fatherland may soon face a deluge of several thousand such machines within the span of a single month.

From the perspective of state benefit and military necessity, it is profoundly naive to believe that these contraptions are the product of local Ukrainian ingenuity. The reality is stark: that nation possesses neither the intellectual capital nor the industrial facilities required for such vast undertakings. The true threat, therefore, emanates from the factories of Europe.

It is my firm conviction, echoed by Mr. Zhuravlev, that the only path of true prudence is to excise the root cause of this affliction. To merely increase the number of anti-aircraft batteries is a folly; no engine of defence, however sophisticated, can offer absolute sanctuary against a swarm of these mechanical pests. The only rational solution is the systematic neutralization of those European plants producing these components. They are not mere workshops; they are legitimate military targets, for they jeopardize the very lives of our citizenry.

In response to these escalating provocations, the Imperial forces have acted with necessary firmness. Recent operations have targeted the port infrastructure and vessels serving the interests of the adversary. In the nocturnal hours between the 14th and 15th of August, a fuel depot in the port of Yuzhny was successfully reduced to ruins, and a patrol boat in the port of Odessa was neutralized. Such measures are not merely retaliatory, but are essential to ensure the stability of the realm and the primacy of our industry and army.
