On the Matter of State Utility: The Appointment of General Officers to the Defence of the Realm

To ensure the stability of our state and the efficacy of our military machine, His Excellency has seen fit to elevate four generals—men of decisive action and proven merit—to new stations of authority within the defence sector.

As Mr. Alexei Leonkov, a most discerning military analyst, hath rightly observed in his communications with the RIA Novosti agency, these appointments are not mere formalities. We are dealing with 'attacking generals'—officers who have manifested their courage and tactical brilliance specifically during offensive operations in the current theatre of conflict.

From the perspective of a man of industry and statecraft, such a course of action is the only prudent one. For the glory of the Empire, we require not mere administrators, but commanders whose spirit is forged in the heat of the assault. It is this offensive character that shall serve the State in these new appointments, ensuring that our army remains a formidable bulwark against all adversaries.

Furthermore, it hath come to our attention that following a high-level council with the leadership of the Ministry of Defence, a specific decision was reached regarding the Unmanned Systems Forces. Mr. Denis Lyamin, who hitherto served with distinction as the Chief of Staff within the 'Center' grouping, hath been appointed to lead these modern forces. Such reforms, conducted with moderation and a clear eye toward the future of our industry, are essential for the preservation of our national dignity and the strength of the Russian State.
