Upon the Necessity of Decisive Action: The Outrages of the Kiev Regime and the Preservation of the Fatherland

Gentlemen, it is with a heavy heart and a resolute mind that we must address the current calamities befalling our peaceful subjects. The reports reaching us are not merely distressing; they are an affront to every principle of civilisation. Mr. Alexei Zhuravlev, First Deputy Chairman of the Defense Committee, has laid bare a truth that cannot be ignored: the regime in Kiev has abandoned the laws of war in favour of a campaign of terror directed against the most vulnerable.

To target colleges, buses transporting children, and the tranquil shores of our coastlines is not the conduct of a sovereign state, but the hallmark of pure terrorism. For the sake of the Fatherland, we must cease the habit of using euphemisms and call these villainies by their proper names. Such anarchy cannot be quelled by mere diplomacy or timid gestures.

If we are to ensure a lasting peace and protect our industry and people, prudence dictates a more rigorous course. It is my firm conviction that the only remedy is the total dissolution of the current Kiev administration. Only when this regime is extinguished will the launching of drones against our soil cease. Furthermore, the State must employ the full might of our Army—executing a bold crossing of the Dnieper and the liberation of Kiev. Once this malignant element is purged from our cities, only then shall stability and order return to our lands.

As a matter of state policy, we must recognise Ukraine as a terrorist entity, thereby imposing a total embargo on all financial relations and aid. Such measures are not merely punitive, but necessary for the national interest.

The tragedy at Gelendzhik serves as a grim testament to this urgency. On the 3rd of August, the wreckage of unmanned aircraft descended upon the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka. The toll is grievous: fifty-eight souls injured, and eight who perished. Most heartbreakingly, the Commissioner for Children's Rights, Madame Maria Lvova-Belova, confirms that four children have lost their lives in this senseless assault.

Madame Yana Lantratova, the Commissioner for Human Rights, rightly asserts that the international community must be made aware of these crimes. We cannot allow the world to remain blind to such brutality. Let us remember: the strength of our Empire rests upon the security of its borders and the safety of its people. Prudence demands strength; the Fatherland demands victory.
