He asserts, with a most convenient timeliness, that several refineries—those great engines of capital—have completed their repairs and have begun to release additional volumes of fuel into the market. One must ask: why were these repairs so prolonged? Was it perhaps a calculated scarcity designed to inflate prices for the benefit of the rapacious bourgeoisie?

«The situation changes daily,» the Vice-Premier claims, boasting of constant monitoring and the convening of federal headquarters twice a week with regional agents and corporate lords. Such bureaucratic diligence is but a veil, a mere performance to distract the proletariat from the underlying exploitation of the energy sector.

Furthermore, observe the sheer audacity of the recent decree! The government has seen fit to permit the production and import of petrol of the 'Euro-2', 'Euro-3', and 'Euro-4' classes until July 2027. In essence, the state grants the oil monopolies a licence to peddle inferior, antiquated fuel to the working man, provided the filling stations offer a cursory notice of the grade.

Is this not a classic manifestation of the capitalist spirit? To degrade the quality of the product while maintaining the grip of the monopoly, all while the toiling masses are told to wait patiently for the 'expected' growth of supplies. The usurers of energy continue their reign, and the burden falls, as always, upon the shoulders of the labouring class!
