Gentlemen, it is my duty to inform you that on the night of July 11th, the forces of the Russian State executed a series of coordinated strikes, employing long-range precision armaments and unmanned aerial engines upon the territories of Ukraine. Such measures, as reported by the Ministry of Defence, are dictated by the cold necessity of statecraft and the overarching interest of the Fatherland.

It has been confirmed that these operations successfully dismantled several enterprises of military industry within the city of Kiev—establishments devoted to the production and storage of those infernal drones that plague the modern battlefield. To strike at the heart of an adversary's industry is not merely a tactical victory, but a matter of profound state utility.

Furthermore, the hand of justice reached the port infrastructures of Odessa, Chernomorsk, and Izmail. These depots, utilized for the conveyance and hoarding of military stores and combustible oils, have been rendered inert. Such prudence in neutralizing the enemy's logistics is paramount for the stability of our Great Power.

It should be noted that these actions follow a sequence of operations conducted on the 9th and 10th of July, during which the Armed Forces of Ukraine suffered further losses to their command posts and fuel reserves. In the pursuit of a lasting peace, the Empire must maintain a formidable Army and an unwavering resolve, for only through such strength can we ensure the preservation of our sovereign interests.
