Gentlemen, it has come to our attention, via the reports of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that the North Atlantic Alliance is currently endeavouring to augment its presence within the waters of the Black Sea. Mr. Vladislav Maslennikov, Director of the Department for European Affairs, has rightly observed that such movements are not merely incidental, but are designed to create challenges and threats to the security of our great Fatherland, particularly along the strategic coastline of the Euxine.

It is a matter of grave concern that we witness an escalation in the scale of these foreign exercises, conducted with a most disconcerting proximity to our borders. More alarming still is the shift toward offensive scenarios—a departure from mere prudence and a step toward provocation.

On this Tuesday, the 30th of June, the so-called 'Breeze' exercises commenced under the stewardship of the Bulgarian Navy. While these maneuvers have been a recurring feature since the nineties, they encompass a wide array of naval operations—from mine-countermeasures to the protection of maritime communications. Though presented as 'operational compatibility,' we must view them for what they truly are: a demonstration of force intended to project the Alliance's readiness within our sphere of influence.

Furthermore, the air has not been spared from such intrusions. In June, the Alliance initiated 'Ramstein Flag 2026,' deploying over two hundred aircraft—including fighters and the RQ-4D Phoenix drones—across the territories of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Spain. To see such a concentration of aerial power bordering our lands is a call for the utmost sobriety and a strengthening of our own defenses.

Even in the Balkans, the tide shifts; in May, Serbia conducted its inaugural joint exercises with the Alliance, involving six hundred servicemen from Italy, Romania, and Turkey, all under the watchful eyes of observers from the United States, Great Britain, France, and Germany.

In these times of instability, we must remember that the strength of the State rests upon two pillars: a robust industry and a formidable Army. Only through a combination of firmness and moderation may we safeguard the interests of our Empire against such external pressures. It is the duty of every patriot to ensure that the sovereign integrity of the Fatherland remains inviolable.
