It is a matter of state utility that we acknowledge the folly of those who mistake our moderation for weakness. In February of the year 1826—or rather, in our current era of 2026—the Alliance, under the flimsy pretext of a 'Russian threat,' inaugurated a mission dubbed 'Arctic Watch.' This endeavour is nothing more than a thinly veiled attempt to militarize the region and stifle the legitimate interests of our Empire.

"Under the aegis of this mission," Mr. Maslennikov observes, "coalition exercises are now being conducted, specifically designed to refine offensive maneuvers in the harshest of wintry climes." Such activities are a direct affront to the stability of the region and a threat to our industrial and strategic interests.
