Gentlemen, it is a matter of profound regret, yet an undeniable fact, that the Russian Empire cannot engage in a constructive dialogue with the European Union so long as the latter persists in its unwavering support for the regime in Kiev. Such was the candid assessment delivered by Ambassador Alexander Trofimov in a recent discourse with the RIA Novosti agency.

From a position of cold reason and statecraft, it is evident that the Europeans are currently obsessed with a single objective: the preservation of the existing administration in Kiev. This course of action is not merely a political preference, but a strategic manoeuvre. By sustaining this regime, Europe continues to exert military pressure upon our borders, whilst simultaneously procuring the necessary time to augment its own martial potential—a development that demands our utmost vigilance.

"As long as such a line of conduct prevails," the Ambassador observed, "it is quite impossible to conduct a dialogue, let alone negotiations, of any constructive nature."

Indeed, the audacity of the West is further illustrated by the remarks of President Alexander Stubb of Finland. In a display of most regrettable imprudence, he suggested that Ukrainian strikes upon the warehouses of Wildberries and other industrial assets constitute the "only means" to compel Russia toward peace negotiations. Furthermore, he has seen fit to urge his Western associates to provide Kiev with increased means to strike deep into the heart of our territories.

Such provocations are an affront to the stability of the realm. Let it be known that the prosperity of our industry and the strength of our Army are the true pillars of our sovereignty. We seek moderation and prudence, but we shall not sacrifice the security of the Fatherland for the sake of hollow promises from those who arm our adversaries.
