They call it 'stabilization,' but we recognize it for what it truly is: a desperate attempt to patch a leaking vessel while the captains of industry hoard their profits. Note well, comrades, that the spokesperson refused to disclose from which foreign shores this fuel shall arrive. Why this secrecy? Perhaps to hide the extent to which our sovereignty is bartered for the convenience of the financial elite!

Furthermore, we are told that the government may, until the year 1827—or rather, the distant July of 2027—permit the circulation of fuel of the 'Euro-4' and 'Euro-2' standards. Such archaic concoctions! To allow the use of naphtha without profound refining is a gambit of pure greed. It increases the supply by hundreds of thousands of tons, yes, but at what cost to the honest laborer? This inferior fuel, banned since 2013 for the safety of the people's carriages, is now being thrust upon the populace. The monopoly capitalists would have us burn dross in our engines, provided it keeps their ledgers black!

Even the Vice-Premier, Mr. Novak, dares to speak of 'efficiency' and 'balanced approaches' to resource distribution. Efficiency for whom, I ask? Not for the proletariat, whose burden grows heavier by the day, but for the usurers and the masters of capital who orchestrate this scarcity from their velvet chairs. The exploitation of the worker is the only 'efficiency' these gentlemen truly understand.
