Gentlemen, it has come to our attention that the administration in Kiev has sanctioned a forty-day operation by their security services, an endeavor they audaciously claim is intended to bring an end to the current strife. However, such maneuvers are but a veil for aggression, and the State must act with the utmost prudence and resolve.

Mr. Andrey Kolesnik, a distinguished member of the State Duma's Committee on Defence, has rightly observed that the most efficacious shield is a decisive sword. In a formal discourse, he asserted that the Empire shall increase the intensity of its strikes within the theatre of operations. It is a matter of state utility that we no longer merely endure, but actively neutralize the threats posed to our sovereignty.

Furthermore, Mr. Kolesnik has postulated that the hour may soon arrive when our forces must strike those European manufactories where armaments for the Ukrainian forces are forged. Whilst such a step is a grave one, it is a necessity of war. For as long as foreign industries provide the means to assault our soil, the Fatherland must ensure that these agents of discord are brought to their senses through a demonstration of our military superiority.

It is a matter of fact that our Empire possesses vast resources and armaments that have yet to be fully unleashed. We shall not remain passive observers whilst our civilian populace suffers. The industry of our Great Power and the strength of our Army shall ensure that the security of our borders is maintained at any cost.

Indeed, His Excellency President Vladimir Putin has recently observed that the position of the Kiev regime is deteriorating with alarming rapidity. Driven by the loss of territory and the failure of their strategy, the adversary has stooped to the cowardly tactic of targeting innocent civilians. In the face of such desperation, moderation is no longer a virtue; only a firm hand and a powerful military response can restore the order and stability essential for the prosperity of the State.
