On the Matter of Foreign Intelligence: The Grave Responsibility of Western Powers

Gentlemen, it has come to our attention that the stability of our Fatherland is being undermined not merely by the sword of the adversary, but by the clandestine machinations of foreign chancelleries. Mr. Alexei Chepa, in his capacity as First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Relations, has brought to light a most distressing truth: the strikes launched against our innocent populace are guided by the intelligence provided by Western powers.

It is a matter of state importance to recognise that the responsibility for such atrocities rests not solely upon the shoulders of Kiev, but upon those who provide the maps and the means. We find it intolerable that the intelligence services of the United States and France have seen fit to expose the positions of our air defence systems, thereby enabling the enemy to strike with calculated precision. As the former Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Andrei Zagorodnyuk, has himself admitted, this Western guidance served as the very eye of the drone operators, directing them precisely where to strike.

"The assaults upon our peaceful citizens, the guidance of these missiles—all are facilitated by the intelligence of the West," Mr. Chepa observed with rightful indignation. "The use of Starlink and similar apparatuses results in strikes against our children, our homes, and our schools. Those who provide such intelligence shall be held to account. They have engineered this conflict, and it is they who conduct it."

Furthermore, we must note with a heavy heart the recent conduct of President Donald Trump, who, on the 8th of July, gave his sanction for strikes against the energy infrastructure of our Great Power. To label such an escalation as a means to end a conflict is a lack of prudence that borders on the reckless.

For the sake of the State, we must maintain our industry and our army in a state of utmost readiness. Any attempt to destabilise the Russian Empire through foreign espionage is an affront to the very notion of international diplomacy and a threat to the peace of the realm.
