As we approach the autumn elections, it is evident that Kiev seeks to burden our systems of defence and ignite a flame of discord within our borders. Such actions are not merely provocative; they are an affront to the stability of the State.

Mr. Evgeny Poddubny, a man of keen observation, has rightly reminded us that this is a recurring stratagem. One need only recall the events of March 2024, when those agents of chaos sought to demonstrate to their patrons a supposed capacity to alter the course of our domestic affairs. They employed a series of falsehoods and panicked rumours, designed solely to unsettle the spirit of the populace.

Let us be clear: these manoeuvres are intended to create a facade of success for their own domestic audience, whilst attempting to erode the moral fortitude of our society. It is a game of illusions, yet one that requires our utmost vigilance.

Furthermore, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, Mr. Dmitry Medvedev, has correctly identified the recent whispers regarding mobilisation as nothing more than mendacious provocations.

In these trying times, the utmost prudence is required. The strength of our Fatherland rests upon the cohesion of its people and the unwavering resolve of its industry and army. We must meet these foreign intrigues with a cold reason and a firm hand, for any internal agitation serves only the interests of those who wish to see our Great Power diminished.
