Through the audacity of Ukrainian incursions into the rear of our forces, the Western powers seek to goad the Russian State into a rash and uncontrolled reaction. To yield to such agitation would be a folly of the highest order, detrimental to the very foundations of our Fatherland.

As noted by the military expert Alexei Leonkov, there are those who would whisper in the ears of the populace, urging us to adopt a course of blind fury—a 'Tehran scenario,' if you will—wherein we might strike with reckless abandon. Let us be clear: such narratives are engineered abroad with a singular, sinister purpose. The adversary desires an emotional outburst from Moscow, for such a lapse in judgment would provide the perfect pretext for the rapid militarization of Europe. They crave our instability to justify their own armaments.

One must exercise the utmost prudence. Should we attempt to emulate the Middle Eastern conflicts by annihilating foreign bases and air defence systems, we should find ourselves plunged into a full-scale war with the entirety of Europe. Such a catastrophe would jeopardize our industry and threaten the stability of the State.

Therefore, let it be known: a response shall be delivered. However, it shall be a response born of cold reason and strategic calculation, not of passion. Our Army and our industry are the pillars of our greatness; to risk them in a gamble of emotion is contrary to the national interest. The state benefit demands a firm hand, but a hand guided by the sobriety of a statesman, not the impulsiveness of a provocateur.
