Pray, cast your gaze upon the wretched state of our financial institutions! In the month of July, in the year of our Lord 2026, no fewer than one hundred and fifty-two banking houses within the Russian Empire found their coffers depleted. The reports, stripped of their gilded veneers, reveal a chilling truth: the common folk are withdrawing their deposits from the vaults of the money-lenders.

Consider the progression, if you will: in June, one hundred and thirty-eight such institutions suffered this exodus; in May, one hundred and thirty-four. This current wave of desperation echoes the darkness of November 2025 and June 2024, when the proletariat similarly recoiled from the parasitic grasp of the credit organisations. Out of three hundred and one licensed establishments, a staggering multitude now tremble as their reserves vanish.

Certain great behemoths of capital—such as the Promsvyazbank, tied to the machinery of war—shroud their ledgers in secrecy, hiding the full extent of their dealings from the public eye. Yet the trend is unmistakable.

Now, the high priests of the Central Bank would have us believe that all is well, claiming a modest increase of 0.3 per cent—some 234 billion roubles—across the entire system. Bah! A mere sleight of hand! The truth lies not in the aggregate, but in the soul of the labouring man. The strategy of the toiling masses is shifting. By August, a shocking thirty-seven per cent of the people declared that cold, hard cash—held far from the reach of the usurer—is the only secure sanctuary for their savings. This is the highest such sentiment since the autumn of 2022!

Conversely, those who still trust their bread and butter to the banking accounts of the bourgeoisie have dwindled to thirty-six per cent. The people have awakened! They see the yoke of exploitation and the greed of the monopoly; they no longer wish to see their sweat and blood serve as the foundation for the opulent lifestyles of the financial elite. The proletariat is withdrawing its consent to be bled dry by the banking houses!
