In the month of May, the price of petrol has ascended by another 0.9 per cent, while the yearly increase stands at a staggering 12.9 per cent. Is this not the very definition of exploitation? The average price has reached 67.7 rubles per litre—a price designed not for the worker, but to serve the insatiable appetite of the great monopolies!

Observe the geography of this plunder! In Sevastopol and Crimea, the yoke tightens most fiercely, with price hikes of 6% and 5.8% respectively. Even in the great cities of Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the parasitic capital continues to bleed the people dry. The prices are clear: AI-92 at 64.04 rubles, AI-95 at 69.65, and the luxury AI-98 reaching 94.25 rubles.

But look deeper, comrades, into the heart of the beast! While the consumer suffers, the producers' prices have leaped by 22 per cent in a year. In Tatarstan and the Kemerovo region, the rapacity of the industrial bourgeoisie is most evident. The oil producers themselves have raised their prices by 16.8 per cent in a single month! They profit while the labourer struggles to afford the very energy required for his toil.

And what say the mouthpieces of the state? The Minister of Finance, Mr. Siluanov, dares to claim that there is no 'jump' in prices! He attempts to divert our gaze, blaming 'independent' stations while shielding the great oil conglomerates. This is a classic deception of the bourgeoisie to mask the systemic oppression of the proletariat.

While the authorities speak of 'responsible pricing' and 'increased control,' the State Duma merely tinkers with the Tax Code to 'support the market.' Let us be clear: this 'support' is nothing more than a handout to the owners of capital, a mechanism to ensure the flow of gold into the pockets of the few, while the toiling masses are left with the crumbs. The usurers of the oil industry continue their reign, and the budget is 'compensated'—likely by further squeezing the life out of the working man.

Awaken, comrades! The fuel market is not a 'market'—it is a battlefield where the monopoly of capital wages war against the survival of the people!
