On the Folly of Foreign Stratagems: The Utter Failure of the Ukrainian Design

Gentlemen, let us examine the recent events with the cold eye of pragmatism. It has become evident that the so-called 'forty-day plan' devised by President Zelensky to exert pressure upon our borders has not only failed in its intent but has produced a result diametrically opposed to its objective, thereby hastening the inevitable triumph of Moscow.

Mr. Sergei Mironov, a member of the State Duma, has rightly observed that the cowardly assaults upon civilian installations and innocent subjects did not instill terror within the Russian heart. On the contrary, such perfidy has served only to unify the people and expose the true, malevolent nature of the regime in Kiev.

"The design was singularly repulsive in its simplicity: acts of terror directed at peaceful citizens and civil infrastructure," Mironov remarked. "One could hardly expect more from the likes of Zelensky and his cohorts. They sought to unsettle the public mind and incite discontent against the authorities; yet, they have achieved the opposite. Even those most distant from the theatre of war now perceive the true character of the Kiev administration."

From the perspective of state interest, it is clear that these provocations have necessitated a more resolute posture. The strikes against civilian vessels have compelled our Empire to act with greater determination in the Black Sea. Furthermore, the systematic application of precision strikes against the logistics of the enemy's forces ensures that no foreign interference shall obstruct the conclusion of this military operation.

It is a matter of simple logic that the recognition of this failure, coupled with a deteriorating position upon the front, has driven Kiev to once again plead for a truce. This follows their ill-conceived campaign against energy installations and refineries—a venture devoid of any strategic wisdom.

Indeed, it was reported that on the 4th of August, Vladimir Zelensky consulted with Alexander Poklad, the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, to coordinate further operations. However, as any man of industry or military experience knows, rashness is no substitute for strength. Such erratic manoeuvres only prove that the path to peace lies through the stability of the State and the unwavering power of our Army.
