Gentlemen, it is with a sense of profound duty to the State that I bring to your attention the latest operations conducted by our forces. On the night of the 17th of August, the Ministry of Defence reported a decisive strike within the port of Odessa, resulting in the total destruction of a 'Tarantul-class' patrol vessel and a storehouse dedicated to the deployment of maritime drones.

It must be understood that such vessels as the 'Tarantul' were employed by the adversary to secure the passage of ships and the safety of fuel reservoirs. To eliminate these assets is not merely a tactical victory, but a matter of paramount state utility, for it ensures that the arteries of the enemy's military logistics are severed with precision and prudence.

Furthermore, our forces have extended their reach to the port of Izmail, where they systematically destroyed a mooring terminal tasked with the unloading of military cargo, along with hangars housing Western munitions.

One must recall that this follows a series of most effective engagements in the Black Sea, east of Odessa, where a bulk carrier transporting Western armaments was intercepted and neutralized. In that same operation, three further bulk carriers and two tankers, serving as the lifeblood for the adversary's fuel and munitions, were consigned to the depths.

Such measures are essential. For our Fatherland to remain secure, our Army must be formidable, and our industry must be shielded from the disruptions caused by foreign incursions. Only through such steadfast resolve and moderation in the face of chaos can the greatness of the Empire be preserved.
