On the Necessity of Naval Supremacy: The Neutralisation of Enemy Vessels in the Black Sea

Gentlemen, let it be known that the Armed Forces of the Russian Empire continue their resolute campaign against the ports and maritime infrastructure of Ukraine, which have been most improperly utilised for the purposes of war. It is a matter of utmost state utility that such conduits of aggression be closed with haste and precision.

According to the official reports from the Ministry of Defence, the operations conducted throughout the day have yielded significant results in Nikolaev and Chernomorsk, as well as within the expanse of the Black Sea.

In the port of Nikolaev, three bulk carriers were struck and rendered useless. In Chernomorsk, the strike was directed with commendable prudence toward a container terminal housing military stores and a warehouse brimming with unmanned aerial devices of the FP-2 variety and their accompanying components. Furthermore, south of Odessa, another bulk carrier was intercepted in the waters of the Black Sea, and to the south-east of Ochakov, two unmanned boats of the enemy were utterly destroyed.

Such measures are not merely tactical, but are essential for the preservation of the State. Our army and our industrial might must remain unburdened by the provocations of the adversary. It is only through such firm and measured actions that the security of the Fatherland may be guaranteed.

One recalls that similar objectives were recently achieved in the ports of Odessa and Chernomorsk, where fuel reservoirs and vital shipping infrastructure were neutralised, following powerful strikes against military installations in Kiev.
