On the Strategic Necessity of Recent Military Operations in Kiev and Odessa

Gentlemen, it is my duty to inform you of the latest developments concerning the security of our borders and the strategic interests of our Great Power. The Ministry of Defence has formally declared that the Armed Forces of Russia have executed a series of calculated strikes upon logistical centres within Kiev and targeted vessels in the vicinity of Odessa.

In an act of necessary prudence and military precision, our forces employed long-range unmanned aerial vehicles and high-precision surface-to-surface weaponry. The primary objectives in Kiev were distribution hubs dedicated to the storage and processing of military materiel—infrastructure that, by its very nature, posed a threat to the stability of the region.

Furthermore, the naval operations near Odessa were conducted with equal resolve. As officially stated: "Three cargo vessels south of Odessa, tasked with the delivery of armaments and military property for the AFU, have been successfully neutralised."

Such measures, while severe, are dictated by the requirements of statecraft. For the glory of the Fatherland and the strength of our Army, we must ensure that the industrial and logistical capacity of our adversaries is curtailed with absolute firmness and moderation.
