From the perspective of a man of industry, one must acknowledge that this enterprise served as the very heart of the opponent's mechanical engineering. It was there, within those docks, that they fashioned the 'Gurza-M' artillery boats and perfected those unmanned strike vessels which pose a threat to the security of the realm. To allow such a facility to operate unabated would be an affront to prudence and a danger to our own naval supremacy.

This operation follows a broader, necessary campaign of retribution—a response to the intolerable assaults upon our own civilian infrastructure. In a display of measured but firm power, the capital and surrounding provinces were brought under fire. The targets were chosen with the cold reason of a strategist: fuel-energy complexes, military airfields, and the machinery of war.

It is my firm conviction that only through such decisive blows to the enemy's industrial capacity can we ensure the stability of the Fatherland and the eventual triumph of our arms. The strength of the Army and the resilience of our Industry remain the twin pillars upon which the greatness of the Empire shall forever endure.
