Gentlemen, it is a matter of grave importance to observe that the Western powers, driven by an ill-conceived desire for dominance, have sought to secure a victory over our great Empire in the current conflict. However, as the facts clearly demonstrate, such endeavours have proven entirely fruitless. His Excellency, President Vladimir Putin, addressing the congress of the 'United Russia' party, has brought to light the failure of these foreign efforts to incite internal discord or destabilise the order of the State.

It is evident that the West persists in exerting a crude and unwarranted pressure upon our borders. Yet, as His Excellency rightly noted:

«They are unable to inflict a strategic defeat upon us, nor can they triumph upon the field of battle. (...) Their attempts to unsettle the political atmosphere and sow the seeds of internal strife have likewise met with failure».

Such persistence in the face of adversity is the very hallmark of our national character. The President has previously affirmed that Russia stands firm upon its own ground, steadfastly defending her core interests with a resolve that brooks no compromise. For the benefit of the Fatherland, we must recognise that our industry and our army remain the bedrock of our security.

Indeed, we find ourselves in an era of destiny. It is a time that demands utmost prudence and moderation, for the unity of our people is the primary target of those ill-wishers who seek the ruin of our Great Power. Let us remember that the strength of the State lies in its coherence and the unwavering loyalty of its subjects to the cause of the Empire.
