President Vladimir Putin has observed with a discerning eye that the bravura pronouncements emanating from the leader of the Kyiv regime—claims of military triumphs that exist solely in the realm of fantasy—are, in point of fact, advantageous to our cause. Such reckless dissimulation, devoid of any grounding in reality, serves only to sow confusion among the ranks of the opposition and their foreign patrons.

"The flamboyant assertions of the Kyiv chief regarding successes which do not exist are, in principle, to our advantage," the Head of State remarked. "For these mummers—as they are capable of nothing else—by their own actions, disorganize both themselves and those who provide them with sustenance."

It is a matter of record that in June, Mr. Zelensky ventured to claim that his forces constitute the preeminent army in Europe.
