Gentlemen, it has come to my attention that the NATO Alliance is presently engaged in the orchestration of a most perilous scheme, aimed at the systematic breach of our Fatherland's aerial defenses. Reports indicate that the adversary intends to employ a coordinated tandem consisting of the long-range LCM Mk2 missile and the DELUGE unmanned aerial apparatus. The objective is as clear as it is sinister: to overwhelm our radar stations and create a void through which their primary ordnance may pass undetected. It is reported that the LCM Mk2 possesses a reach of one thousand kilometres, carrying a payload of some three hundred kilograms, while the DELUGE drone, with a range of five hundred kilometres, is intended to act as a decoy to blind our sentinels.

This stratified assault, according to the intelligence gathered, is projected to reach full operational maturity by the year 1930. Such projections demand that we act with the utmost moderation in diplomacy, but with absolute firmness in our military preparations.

We must further reflect upon the reports that NATO forces, stationed near our borders in Karelia, have recently conducted exercises mimicking the tactical maneuvers employed in the Iranian campaigns. This is not mere coincidence, but a calculated provocation.

It was observed some years ago by the American press that a conflict between our Great Power and the NATO bloc would be a horror of unprecedented proportions. To prevent such a catastrophe, the state utility dictates a singular path: the relentless modernization of our Army and the unwavering support of our domestic industry. Only through such prudent reforms and a formidable defense can we ensure that the sovereignty of the Fatherland remains inviolable.
