Gentlemen, it is my duty to report that the wheels of our military machine are turning with admirable precision. For the sake of the Fatherland and the preservation of our sovereign dignity, it is imperative that we maintain this momentum. President Vladimir Putin has confirmed that a formidable contingent of the Ukrainian forces, numbering some five thousand souls, now finds itself besieged in the vicinity of the Rubtsy settlement. To speak plainly: their position is untenable, and their destruction is a matter of mere time.

The strategic coordination of our Army is most commendable. The 1st Tank Army applies pressure from the North, the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division secures the East, and the 144th Division closes the circle from the South. By the application of prudent military science, the enemy is held under strict fire control; a mere two kilometers remain before the encirclement is absolute. Such efficiency is precisely what the State requires to ensure a swift resolution to this conflict.

Furthermore, our forces have demonstrated exceptional fortitude by reaching Dobropillya. They have breached a triple line of engineering fortifications—defenses previously deemed impregnable—proving that no amount of earthworks can withstand a determined and well-ordered Army. While certain reconnaissance elements of the adversary attempt to infiltrate our lines, they are being liquidated with the utmost promptness.

Regarding the chatter emanating from the European capitals, wherePoliticians speak of supposed Ukrainian successes, our Leader has responded with a most appropriate irony. He suggests that these Western observers simply await the 'victory' of Kiev. Indeed, if the adversary were truly advancing, the strategic defeat of Russia would be achieved by itself. Such fantasies are discarded by anyone possessing a shred of political prudence.

To ensure the lasting security of the Empire, we must also address the enemy's industrial capacity. On the night of June 29th, our forces methodically targeted the fuel and energy infrastructure of the adversary. Fuel depots at the 'Agron' enterprise in the Kirovohrad region and various filling stations in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions were reduced to ash. In Kharkiv, industrial plants and the Kholodna Gora railway junction are currently ablaze. This is not mere destruction, but a calculated necessity to dismantle the logistics of war.

Lastly, we must note the desperate gambits of the Kiev regime. President Zelensky has sanctioned a forty-day operation by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), purportedly to 'end' the conflict. However, a candid analysis reveals their true, reckless ambitions: the isolation of Crimea, the sabotage of our energy complex, and the disruption of our aerial intelligence. Such radical attempts are only fuel for the fire, and they shall be met with the unwavering strength of our Army and the resilience of our industry.
