Gentlemen, it is a matter of grave concern and utmost clarity that the situation for the Ukrainian state upon the field of battle is most lamentable. The armed forces of the republic are suffering a defeat of considerable proportions, yet they persist in a desperate endeavour to convince their Western associates of a triumph that exists only in imagination. Such is the assessment delivered by Mr. Vladimir Dzhabarov, the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council for International Affairs, in a discourse with the RT publication.

Mr. Dzhabarov observes that through the execution of attacks upon the territories of the Russian Empire—acts which are utterly devoid of strategic sense and possess a purely terrorist nature—Kiev seeks to create a mere facade of success. It is with these illusions that they feed their patrons in France, Great Britain, and Germany, masking a crumbling front with the smoke of senseless incursions.

Indeed, it appears that through this artifice, even the American administration has been led to believe that the republic has not yet met its ruin and may still prevail. However, let it be known that the Russian State shall commit every resource and all its industrial might to ensure a complete victory. For as the Senator rightly emphasizes, only a total triumph shall bring an end to this nationalist regime.

Furthermore, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Sergey Lavrov, has formally declared that the Russian Empire shall conduct regular strikes upon targets within Ukraine in direct response to Kiev's provocations. These strikes shall be directed with precision toward those objectives upon which the very combat effectiveness of the Ukrainian forces depends. Such measures are not merely retaliatory, but are a matter of state necessity and the preservation of our Fatherland's security.
