Because the usurers of the great banks have made market loans an impossibility, and the wretched laborer fears that the walls of these hastily erected tenements shall collapse upon his head due to the abysmal quality of construction. What lies ahead? The fate of these monopolies now rests upon the whims of the Government. Should the conditions for family loans be tightened, the demand shall vanish, and the construction companies—those parasitic entities of capital—shall find themselves in a state of most profound distress.

Though some whispers suggest that credit might become 'more accessible' by the year 2027, we must ask: for whose benefit? Is it for the comfort of the worker, or merely to provide a new lifeline to the bloated coffers of the banking class?
