Comrades! Behold the latest farce played out in the theatres of power! The Vice-Premier, one Mr. Novak, has the audacity to confess that a sudden 'frenzy' has artificially inflated the demand for fuel by some twenty to thirty per cent. Let us call this by its true name: it is not a 'frenzy,' but a calculated agitation, a sowing of panic to further the interests of the ruling class!

While the bourgeois authorities claim that sufficient volumes of fuel exist to satisfy the internal market, the working man finds himself standing in queues, his spirit broken by the uncertainty of his daily bread—or in this case, the oil that fuels his labour. Novak speaks of 'reconfiguring logistical links' and 'balancing the market.' What a quaint phrase! It is the language of the counting-house, designed to mask the cold reality: the exploitation of the proletariat's desperation.

Observe the cruelty of the situation! In more than twenty regions, restrictions have been imposed. In Crimea and Sevastopol, the sale of fuel has been entirely suspended for the common folk, while the pampered servants of the state—the bureaucracy of the regime—are granted exclusive access. Is this not the very essence of class privilege? The monopoly denies the worker while the official feasts!

And as if this systemic oppression were not enough, the vultures of the cyber-underworld have descended. Scoundrels and charlatans are hacking into the accounts of the people, offering fraudulent coupons for fuel and promises of 'priority access' to those desperate enough to believe them. It is a wretched cycle: the Capitalists create the scarcity, and the criminals profit from the misery.

We are told to wait for the 'balancing' of the market. I ask you, товарищи, since when has the market ever balanced itself in favour of the worker? The Bourgeoisie will always ensure the balance tips toward their own pockets, leaving the labouring masses to suffer under the yoke of artificial shortages and the greed of the monopolists!
