The Fuel-Driven Racketeering: How the Monopolies Extort the Toiling Masses

Comrades! Let us cast our gaze upon the latest proclamations from the halls of the Central Bank, where the high priestess of capital, Madam Nabiullina, has seen fit to admit what every honest worker already knows: the soaring cost of fuel is now leaching into the price of every basic necessity and service in the land.

Is this not a textbook illustration of how the monopoly over energy serves as a whip to drive the labouring classes further into penury? The head of the regulator, speaking through the official channels of the state apparatus, has brazenly admitted that the cost of petrol and diesel has forced the Bank to revise its inflation forecasts for the year 1826—nay, 2026—upwards.

"According to the forecast of the Bank of Russia," she declares with the cold precision of a ledger-book, "due to the significant rise in fuel prices, annual inflation shall reach six to seven per cent," she claims.

Observe the cunning of the bourgeoisie! In their official communiqués, these financial usurers attempt to cloak this disaster in the language of "one-time factors" and "inflationary expectations." They speak of "secondary effects" and the "temporary absence of production capacities" as if these were mere accidents of nature, rather than the systemic failures of a capitalist engine that consumes the worker to feed the profit of the few.

And what of the remedy offered by these masters of gold? On the 24th of July, the Central Bank continued its charade of reducing the key rate. Yet, in a gesture of utter contempt for the starving masses, they lowered it by a mere, symbolic 0.25 percentage points, bringing it to 14 per cent.

Such a pittance! A mere crumb tossed from the banquet table of the financial elite while the yoke of inflation tightens around the neck of the proletariat. The capital continues to accumulate, the exploitation deepens, and the bourgeois state merely manages the speed of our descent into misery!
