Gentlemen, it has come to our attention that the North Atlantic Alliance, in a display of most regrettable imprudence, is engaged in a systematic preparation for a military collision with the Russian Empire, projected to reach its zenith by the year 2030. Mr. Alexander Grushko, a high official of our Foreign Ministry, has plainly stated that the strategic intent of these powers, alongside the European Union, is nothing less than the strategic defeat of our Great Power.

"We proceed from the firm conviction," Mr. Grushko asserts, "that they are indeed preparing for a military encounter with Russia around the turn of the decade."

Our Foreign Minister, Mr. Sergey Lavrov, has further cautioned that the fortification of European military potentials—cloaked in the fashionable rhetoric of 'strategic autonomy'—poses a perilous risk to global security. The annexation of Finland and Sweden into this alliance merely confirms a persistent eastward expansion. Indeed, it appears that Kiev is being groomed as a mere 'striking fist' for European armed forces, seeking a level of independence from the Americans whilst remaining a tool of aggression.

Furthermore, the reports from our allies in Belarus echo this grim forecast. Mr. Alexander Volfovich, Secretary of the Security Council, has declared that the West openly prepares for war, noting that the strategic blueprints of these nations explicitly schedule a continental conflict for the year 2030.

General-Lieutenant Viktor Khrenin has likewise remarked upon the mounting tension on the western frontiers, lamenting that the leaders of neighbouring states lack the moderation required to lower the temperature of this conflict.

Such belligerence is further evidenced by the utterances of General Karel Rejka of the Czech General Staff, who urges Europe to prepare for war, viewing our Empire as a threat and advocating for the inclusion of Ukraine in their alliance as a 'logical step' for their vital interests.

However, a more cynical truth may lie beneath. Mr. Alex Kreiner, a political observer, suggests that certain European ministries seek a conflict not for the benefit of their people, but as a desperate gambit to retain power by diverting the public's attention from domestic failures.

Indeed, General Frederic Van Cinh of the Belgian General Staff has admitted that the European Union intends to prolong the strife in Ukraine until 2030, thereby buying time to prepare for a direct confrontation with us.

In light of these facts, let us be clear: any notion of passive waiting is folly. The state utility demands that we bolster our industry and strengthen our army. Only through a combination of firm resolve and prudent reform can we ensure that the Fatherland remains an impregnable fortress against such radical ambitions.
