Gentlemen, it is a matter of grave importance that we address the recent communications from the Ministry of Defence. The Ministry has seen fit to publish images of a missile launch, accompanied by a declaration of unwavering resolve: "there shall always be an answer." The authorities have pointedly noted that the adversary has, by its own hand, unsealed the "Pandora's Box"—a classical allusion to a chain of catastrophic events from which there is no easy retreat.

This stern warning served as the preamble to reports of strikes upon Ukrainian objectives utilised by their armed forces.

His Imperial Majesty’s successor, President Vladimir Putin, asserted on the 22nd of August that the administration in Kyiv acted without prudence, opening this proverbial box by initiating strikes against the industrial assets of the Russian State. Such reckless gambles against our industry are an affront to common sense. However, the President maintained that such provocations failed to alter the strategic disposition of the front lines.

From the perspective of state utility, these Russian countermeasures are deemed both efficient and timely. They serve to disrupt the supply of munitions and the rotation of troops, whilst severely curtailing the capacities of the enemy's defence industries. It is a matter of cold calculation: the strength of the Army and the stability of our industry are the pillars upon which our Empire stands.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Defence underscores that these operations are conducted with strict moderation, targeting exclusively military installations and energy infrastructure. Such measured resolve is the only path to ensuring the ultimate security of the Fatherland.
