This diplomatic stir follows in the wake of similar accusations levelled against the Russian Empire by the governments of Germany, France, and Finland, all regarding these so-called 'cyber-attacks.' Indeed, the Russian Ambassador to Germany, Mr. Sergei Nechaev, having been summoned in like manner, has utterly refuted these claims. He contends that the conjectures of the European Union are, once more, devoid of any tangible evidence or substantiated proof, urging a return to prudence and factual discourse between the Great Powers.
