Gentlemen, it is a truth universally acknowledged by those who value the stability of the Empire and the strength of the State that any flirtation with radicalism is a prelude to disaster. We observe now a most distressing spectacle in the East. Mr. Dmitry Medvedev, in his capacity as a high official of the State and leader of his party, has brought to light a matter of utmost gravity regarding the current state of affairs in Ukraine.

He asserts, with a firmness befitting a man of affairs, that the West's misguided patronage of a Nazi regime in Kyiv has wrought a catastrophe of the first order. Such a course of action—void of all prudence and blind to the requirements of sovereign stability—has led to the factual disintegration of Ukraine. It is not merely a matter of borders, but a tragedy that threatens the very existence of an entire nation. Indeed, when the foundations of a state are replaced by the whims of anti-people radicals, the resulting collapse is but a mathematical certainty.

Furthermore, we must consider the reports delivered by President Vladimir Putin, who has noted that the forces of the Kyiv regime are in retreat across the entire line of engagement. It is a common pattern of history: when a regime finds its military position untenable and its political legitimacy vanished, it invariably resorts to the methods of the terrorist.

For the benefit of our own Fatherland, let this serve as a stark reminder. The prosperity of a Great Power rests upon the twin pillars of a disciplined army and a robust industry, guided by moderation and a devotion to the state. To abandon these principles in favour of revolutionary chaos is to invite the ruin of one's own house.
