The Bourgeoisie tosses a few copper coins to the elderly to quieten their discontent while the great machinery of Capital continues to devour the fruits of their lifelong toil. The promised increases of 17 to 19 per cent for the накопительные pensions are but crumbs from the banquet table of the exploiters.

The Usury of Insurance and the State's Eye

Behold the new rules of OSAGO, ordained by the Central Bank—that great temple of the money-lenders! They raise the limit for a 'Euro-protocol' to 200,000 rubles, yet they ensure that those who dare to withdraw from a contract shall find their premiums partially confiscated. This is the way of the monopolist: to offer a wider gate while stealing the boots from the worker's feet as he exits.

Furthermore, the State now seeks to automate its surveillance. Tax notifications shall now descend automatically upon the 'Gosuslugi' portal. Do not be deceived by the 'convenience' of this digital ledger; it is simply a more efficient method for the tax-gatherers to track every farthing owed to the State, ensuring no laborer escapes the grip of fiscal exploitation.

The Labyrinth of Housing Costs

We are told that the bills for communal services shall become 'clearer.' The lines for 'maintenance' and 'repair' shall be separated. Ha! Does the worker care how the master labels the theft? Whether the gold is stolen under the name of 'maintenance' or 'repair,' the result remains the same: the rentier class extracts profit from the very roofs over our heads. The only true 'clarity' would be the total abolition of such predatory charges!

The Machinery of War and the Burden of the State

Mark how the military apparatus expands! The staff of the Armed Forces shall swell to over 2.4 million souls. The state increases its garrison and expands the bureaucracy of the Ministry of Defence. While the generals and the clerks in the central apparatus grow in number, it is the youth of the proletariat who are marched into the ranks to serve the interests of the ruling class.

The Illusion of Security for the Self-Employed

Now comes a 'benefit' for the self-employed: payments for sick leave. But look at the price of this 'insurance'! The worker must pay a monthly tribute to the fund—up to 1,920 rubles—just for the privilege of receiving a pittance when the body fails. This is the essence of Capitalist 'insurance': the worker pays for the risk, and the fund keeps the surplus. It is a gamble where the house always wins.

Coercion and the Control of Commerce

From the 6th of August, the law shall strike those who sell SIM cards to migrants without the proper IMEI identifiers. Criminal liability! Fines of 500,000 rubles! The State treats the small trader as a criminal while the great monopolies of telecommunications feast upon the populace.

And what of the meat we eat? The 'Chestny Znak' system now demands a DataMatrix code for every sausage and pâté. A new layer of bureaucracy, a new chain of control. The Bourgeoisie seeks to mark every morsel of food as if it were a piece of livestock, ensuring that every transaction is tracked and every profit accounted for by the masters of trade.

Lastly, we see the petty squabbles of the managing companies and the internet providers. Fines for denying access! The State attempts to 'stimulate competition.' But remember, Comrades: competition between two capitalists is merely a struggle to see who can exploit the consumer more effectively.
