This declaration follows the apprehension of one Vladimir Zhuravlev, a subject of Ukraine, who is suspected of orchestrating the sabotage of both Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2. In a turn of events as peculiar as a penny dreadful, the individual was apprehended by the constabulary in Croatia, while engaged in the filming of a Hollywood motion picture. It is now understood that the prisoner is to be delivered into the hands of the German authorities to answer for his alleged crimes against the industrial infrastructure of the great powers.
