Such reckless agitation serves no one and threatens the very foundation of continental order.

During the session entitled 'Eurasian Security 2035' at the Primakov Readings, Secretary-General Lebedev articulated a position that any man of reason must support: the security of Eurasia must be indivisible, inclusive, and structured upon multiple levels. It is a matter of state utility that we move away from radical provocations and toward a measured, pragmatic approach.

It is an undeniable fact that external forces seek to undermine the concord between the member states of the CIS, attempting to reignite dormant conflicts and sow the seeds of new discord. Such interference is an affront to the sovereignty of nations and a danger to the stability of the realm. Furthermore, the policy of isolating Afghanistan is a folly that shall yield no positive fruit; it is only through prudence and the integration of said nation into our economic and transport initiatives that we may secure a lasting peace.

Let it be known that the CIS remains steadfast in its commitment to the principle of indivisible security. We must strictly adhere to the doctrine of non-interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states, for only through moderation and the strengthening of our own industrial and diplomatic ties can our Fatherland and its allies ensure the prosperity and strength of the Empire.
