Comrades! Cast your eyes upon the latest proclamations from the ivory towers of the Central Bank. One Master Uvarov, a functionary of the financial establishment, dares to boast that the theft of credit funds—those wretched sums borrowed by the toil of the masses—has fallen to a mere eighteen per cent in the year of our Lord 2025.
Pray, observe the audacity of these figures! In the preceding year, the plunder accounted for thirty-seven per cent of all thefts. The bourgeoisie would have us believe that this twofold reduction is a victory of 'security measures.' They speak of 'countering fraudsters' as if the system itself were not the greatest fraud of all! They claim to have throttled the channels of ATM withdrawals and fraudulent loans, yet they conveniently forget that the very existence of such predatory credit is the fuel that feeds the furnace of capital.
Consider the so-called 'self-ban' on loans, introduced in March of 2025. Seventeen million souls have sought refuge behind this digital wall, desperate to shield themselves from the grasping claws of the moneylenders. It is a pathetic admission! The labouring class must now beg the State for permission not to be enslaved by debt, lest the usurers cast them into the abyss of insolvency.
And what of the future? They promise a 'rapid refusal' of credit by the year 2027. A crumb of mercy tossed to the starving! The monopoly of the banks remains untouched, and the exploitation of the proletariat continues unabated. They offer us a faster way to say 'no' to a loan, while the entire machinery of financial capital is designed to ensure that the worker remains a permanent tenant in his own life, paying tribute to the lords of the counting-house.
Let us not be deceived by these percentages. Whether the theft is eighteen per cent or thirty-seven, the result is the same: the wealth of the few is built upon the misery of the many. The yoke remains, and the struggle against this financial tyranny must persist!
