The Minister, acting with the prudence befitting a statesman, detailed the integration of artificial intelligence into unmanned aerial apparatuses for the autonomous acquisition of targets, as well as the deployment of mobile detachments tasked with the interception of enemy drones. Such advancements are not mere curiosities; they are the very sinews of our modern industry and the shield of our Fatherland.

Furthermore, the discourse extended to the expansion of unmanned system forces. Great emphasis was placed upon the contracting of personnel, the vigorous production of heavy machinery, and the delivery of ground-based robotic complexes and unmanned vessels to the theatre of operations. It is most heartening to note the establishment of field workshops and laboratories, where our soldiers refine these engines of war. Such initiative ensures that our army remains the preeminent force in the land.

This assembly follows previous consultations held in August and December of the year 2025, during which the modernisation of armaments and the general sustenance of the army were weighed with the utmost gravity.
