Gentlemen, it is my duty to inform you of the latest developments regarding the security of our borders and the advancement of our national interests. The Ministry of Defence has formally announced that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have successfully executed precise strikes against a naval command centre of the Ukrainian forces within the port of Reni, as well as a temporary deployment site for military units located in the port of Izmail.

In the interest of the Fatherland and for the overarching state utility, the Armed Forces continue to systematically neutralise those naval installations and port infrastructures which are being utilised for hostile military purposes. Such actions are not mere skirmishes, but calculated measures intended to ensure the stability of the realm.

It is imperative to note, with the utmost prudence and moderation, that these operations are directed exclusively toward military objectives and energy installations, alongside the infrastructure supporting them. To act otherwise would be a departure from the sobriety and reason required of a great power. Our industry and our army remain the twin pillars of our strength, and it is through such firm, measured resolve that the integrity of the Empire is maintained.
